The best way to ensure the highest quality custom creation is to start with the right image. The higher resolution the image or file is, the sharper the finished product will be. If you are picking from existing photos, we suggest:

  • Pick a large file-sized photo. We generally recommend 1MB or larger file sizes.
  • For head cutouts, close-up photos are best.
  • Make sure the image is well-lit.

Be careful of overly wide images that may negatively impact the final height of your cutout.

Custom cat head cutouts come in a variety of sizes. Our 18 inch cutouts come on a cardstock material and come with an attachable stick while our 2 foot (and larger) heads are printed on vinyl and mounted to a thicker, more durable foam core material.

Our cat head cutouts are perfect for taking your cat to work, on vacation, or to commemorate the life of a recently departed friend. 

We pride ourselves on getting orders out to customers quickly. Most orders will be processed and shipped by the end of the next business day. Expedited shipping is available. If you need your order by a specific date, we highly recommend choosing a guaranteed shipping option as our shipping guarantee covers late deliveries. While most non-guaranteed shipments arrive within the estimated delivery windows provided, any delivery delays are not covered by our shipping guarantee.

Double Sided
A mirror image of your cutout will be printed on the back side. Only available on our 18"x12" option.

Custom Messages
We can add any custom text to the reverse side of your cutout. The size of the text will vary based on the number of characters submitted. The font will be Arial, color black, and background white.

Touch Up
If you have a photo that needs a little work, let our imaging team go to work. Common touch up examples include scar removal, acne reduction, and red eye removal. Please be specific in the notes box with what needs to be changed. A digital proof and revision are included with all touch ups. Keep in mind delays in communication may alter delivery timelines. If we don't hear from you after 48 hours, we’ll go ahead and process your order.

Because our products are made to order and customized for each customer, once placed, orders are considered final. Generally, refunds or returns are not available.

Customers who order a Digital Proof or Touch Up will have the opportunity to approve their orders before final production. If unsatisfied, those orders may be cancelled for a refund on the product and shipping. Refunds are not available for proofs or touch up services.
